The location of this charming family villa guarantees a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Villa Gemini has 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people + 2 babies. The interior is very cosy and gives an extremely warm and pleasant impression. If you want to spend your holiday outdoors, the villa also has plenty to offer. While the little ones have fun in the playground, you can relax in the private saltwater pool (heated on request) and enjoy the Istrian sun. Pool heating is not available in the period from 15/07 to 15/08. Enthusiasts can play table tennis or explore the beautiful landscape by bike. If you prepare specialities on the charcoal barbecue, you are welcome to use the spices from the private herb garden. However, it is not a party house and youth groups are not permitted.This house is located in the small Istrian village of Anzici. With 44 inhabitants it is very quiet and relaxing, the busy tourist centre of Porec with its beaches is only a short drive away. The village is 5 minutes from Baderna and Visnjan where all amenities are located as well as access to the motorways to Pula and Trieste airport (Ryanair, FlyGlobespan, Thomson, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Tuifly, German Wings, Sterling, Wizzair and numerous Russian charter flights).



Golf: Two large golf courses can be reached within an hour's drive.
