The villa is well equipped for autumn and winter, all bathrooms as well as the wellness area have underfloor and wall heating and the jacuzzi by the pool is heated to 36-40 ° C all year round. This is an area of beautiful and peaceful nature with many bays, beaches and hills. This region is known for its cycle paths and hiking trails as well as the many beautiful diving spots. About 15 to 20 kilometres from the villa are the towns of Labin and Rabac, two neighbouring towns, one is a coastal town and the other is located a few kilometres inland in Istria. The town of Labin is a perfect place for art and history lovers, and the other town is known for its beautiful beaches and excellent gastronomy. If you want to explore the wider region of Istria, you can plan trips by car to Pula and Rovinj, two ancient Roman towns on the coast. Both are about an hour's drive away and you can spend the whole day exploring each, as they are full of famous historical sights, such as the Arena in Pula or the Church of St Euphemia in Rovinj.
