Villa Momare is located in a quiet part of Medulin, close to the turquoise blue Adriatic Sea. With a total living area of 180 square meters, it offers space for up to 6 people and a lovely interior design. The villa consists of a modern living area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa has 3 luxurious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The outdoor area features an inviting pool and high-quality sun loungers where you can enjoy the warm Istrian sun. Just a few steps away is a covered and well-equipped summer kitchen with a gas barbecue. This is the perfect place for a relaxed family gathering. While you enjoy the company of your friends invited to dinner, your children can play on the swings in the garden. The villa is the perfect choice for families and groups of friends.

Younger groups (younger than 25 years) are not allowed in Villa Momare.Villa Momare is located in the heart of Medulin, in well-known tourist center of Istria. Many attractive amenities are only a short drive away, such as the Roman Amphitheater, the Brijuni Islands National Park (with a unique golf course), many cultural and tourist attractions. The nearest beaches are only 1500 m away from the house and Cape Kamenjak is not to be missed if you like untouched nature with wild beaches and beautiful surroundings. Medulin is well known for windsurfing.
