There are three air-conditioned and bright bedrooms on the second floor of the villa. Two rooms have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and one of the rooms has access to an enclosed terrace where you can relax with a book. The third bedroom has two single beds. There is also another bathroom with a bathtub on the second floor. On the first floor of the villa you will find another air-conditioned bedroom with two beds and direct access to the garden. There is another bathroom and a living room with TV and fireplace, which is connected to a fully equipped kitchen. The entire area is air-conditioned. The living room leads to the garden of the villa where you will find a swimming pool and sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the sun with a refreshing drink. Next to the house is a covered terrace with two dining tables where you can enjoy with family and friends the dishes you have prepared on the barbecue, which is also at your disposal. For entertainment, there is a table soccer and our youngest guests will enjoy the children's playground, the little house and toys. The property is fully fenced and has private parking for 1 car. Excellent restaurants, cafes and stores can be found in Svetvincent, a charming, quiet town in central Istria known for its historical and cultural sights, but also for its excellent wines and delicious Istrian cuisine, homemade prosciutto, fuzi and Mediterranean specialties. During your stay in Istria, visit Pula, which is best known for its amphitheater, and beautiful Rovinj.
