The modern Villa Mia Stella is a stunning villa in a breathtaking location, just a stone's throw from the center of the stunningly beautiful town of Rovinj. Upon entering this oasis of relaxation, an inviting 36 square meter swimming pool with azure blue water that reflects the untouched beauty of nature awaits you. Next to the outdoor pool, there are sun loungers and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue to prepare delicious summer meals. Start gatherings with your loved ones at the dining table in front of the villa's covered area. Inside the villa, there is a beautiful open space with a modern kitchen, dining room and a comfortable living room with beautiful views of the pool and green surroundings. On the first floor of the villa there is a separate toilet and a laundry room, while on the second floor there are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds, while the remaining two each have a double bed. One bedroom with a double bed has its own bathroom, while there is another separate bathroom on the second floor. All bedrooms are comfortably air-conditioned and have their own TV. Awaken your senses with the Mediterranean rhythm as you enjoy your morning coffee on the first-floor terrace, a vantage point that offers panoramic views of the surrounding nature.
