Schöne Ferienwohnung, mangelhafte Außenanlagen.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete FW, in der es an nichts fehlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, sehr sauber und sehr strukturiert. Die Wohnung kann ich weiterempfehlen. Ebenso sind die Sauna und das Schwimmbad in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Aussenbereich lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Mal abgesehen von den Renovierungsarbeiten an dem Parkdeck, sind fast alle Gehwegplatten gebrochen, es ist eine Zumutung. Die Fassade der beiden Häuser sieht nicht einladend aus. Teilweise bröckelt der Putz von den Balkonen und einen Farbanstrich könnten beide Gebäude ebenfalls vertragen.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Die gute Lage und die vielen sportlichen Angebote vor waren für uns sehr attraktiv. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr stilvoll und durchdacht eingerichtete und hat uns sehr gefallen.

Schöner Urlaub im Harz leider ohne Schnee

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber gut ausgestattet und alles in allem sehr gut. Das Wasser im Schwimmbad könnte wärmer sein. Das Straßencafé sehr gut und günstig. Fahrstühle bei vielfacher Anreise schwierig.
