Villa Maria Markovii is a luxurious, modern-rustic villa with breathtaking panoramic sea views and an inviting infinity pool. The villa is located on the edge of the peaceful village of Markovii, surrounded by tranquil forests and fields. The charming town of Viinada is only 3 km away. The villa's large, fenced garden is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It has a swimming pool, a summer kitchen with barbecue and dining area, comfortable outdoor seating for aperitifs, swing seats on the terrace and a badminton/volleyball court. A trampoline and a swing are also available for younger guests. The villa is spread over two air-conditioned floors. The ground floor has a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a seating area, as well as a double bedroom with satellite TV and an en-suite shower/WC. The first floor comprises three further bedrooms, each with its own shower/WC, air conditioning and satellite TV. Visnjan, a nearby historic town, is a must-see for its traditional market, Venetian architecture and famous astronomical observatory. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or under.
