Elegant charming Villa with big pool and whirlpool
The vacation home "Villa Pardini" is located in Lucca and offers a view of the mountain. The two-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and thus offers space for 8 people. Facilities also include WLAN (suitable for video calls), a TV with DVD player, air conditioning, a washing machine and a dryer. Heating is available and is charged according to consumption in winter.
The vacation home has a private outdoor area with pool (open from May to September), garden, covered terrace, barbecue and outdoor shower. A hot tub is also available for an additional fee.
The property is located 8.5 km from the old town, 20 km from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, 25 km from Pisa Airport, 30 km from the coast and Forte dei Marmi, 75 km from Florence Airport, 80 km from the center of Florence and 110 km from the Chianti Valley and Siena.
In winter, heating is charged according to consumption (5.50 euros per cubic meter).
Jacuzzi to be paid on request and according to electricity consumption.
Pool completely free of charge.
