The charming and appealing balcony suite (65sqm) is located in the Alster Valley, in the north of Hamburg, in the popular Poppenbüttel district.
The spacious balcony is equipped with a beach chair and balcony furniture.
From the hall you come into a modern and renovated designer shower room with external window and granite floor, the walls are tiled in marble and V. M.
The new separate and attractive kitchen also has an outside window. The tall units have plenty of storage space, the equipment is extensive and leaves little to be desired.
The apartment has a quiet, bright bedroom with a double bed and access to the large balcony.
There is also a sunny and attractive living room with an elegant living area, u. a. a mahogany secretary, Meissen lamps,
Another bed with an electric motor is in a sunny alcove.
A cozy dining area and an inviting seating area meet high demands.
Parking and W / LAN are available free of charge.

Its location in the Alster Valley is a challenge for golfers. The place can be reached by car in 5 minutes.

Clean, cosy apartment in Poppenbuttel district.
Stayed for 4 nights with parking. Unit has a wide assortment of utensils, pans, and dishes along with some teas and spices. An Edeka grocery store is a 5 minute walk to purchase groceries. Downtown is about 30 minutes. We used this unit as a place to rest our heads. The owner explained things upon our arrival and checked in with us upon departure.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohung
Sehr schöne stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung etwas außerhalb des Zentrums mit guter Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Normalerweise ist man wohl mit der S-Bahn in 30 Minuten im Zentrum. Leider fuhr sie während unseres Aufenthalts wegen Bauarbeiten nicht, so dass wir von Poppenbüttel mit Bus und U-Bahn über eine Stunde unterwegs waren, ging aber auch. Parkplatz kostet extra, man findet aber i.d.R. auch einen öffentlichen Parkplatz in der Straße. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.

Schöne Tage in Hamburg
Hamburg ist immer eine Reise wert. Besonders wohl fühlt man sich, wenn man herzlich in einer gemütlich eingerichteten und sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung, so wie wir sie bei Fam. Siegert vorgefunden haben, empfangen wird.

Komfort im Urlaub
Wir haben es genossen jeden Tag gut zu frühstücken. Es gibt 2 Bäcker ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sowie 2 Supermärkte. Das riesige Einkaufszentrum Alstertal ist 2 Busstationen entfernt. Die Busse kommen isehr oft. Auf dem Balkon haben wir abends mit einem Eis dem Vogelgesang gelauscht. Man fühlt sich der Natur sehr nah. Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Sehr schöne Appartement Suite in Poppenbüttel
Die Gastgeber Ulrike und Ulrich Siegert sind ganz hervorragende, freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Der Check In war absolut problemlos, obwohl wir eine Stunde früher als erwartet angereist waren. Das Appartment sowie die Fotos, treffen genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben zu. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Obwohl in einem Mehrfamilienhaus war es sehr ruhig und wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Fußläufig sind verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine Haltestelle vom HVV zu erreichen. Ausserdem liegt das Alstertal für Spaziergänge direkt vor der Haustür. Das AEZ ist auch einen Besuch wert. Frau Siegert war eine super freundliche Gastgeberin und man konnte Sie immer an Sie wenden. Dieses Appartment würden wir jedesmal wieder buchen, wenn uns unsere Wege nach Hamburg führen.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Einzig schade, dass nicht alle gängigen TV Programme empfangen werden können.

Die Wohnung ist hell, toll eingerichtet und praktisch gelegen. In nur wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Bus an der Endhaltestelle der S-Bahn. Die wichtigsten Geschäfte und die Alster sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Familie Siegert ist besonders hilfsbereit, und hat damit auch dazu beigetragen, dass uns unser Aufenthalt in Hamburg stets in guter Erinnerung bleiben wird.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums - jedoch mit hervorragender Bus/Bahnanbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen hundert Metern Entfernung. Waren sehr zufrieden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Für einen kurzen oder längeren Hamburgaufenthalt ist die Wohnung perfekt geeignet.

Lovely stay
Our family of three spent a week at Ulricke and Ulrich’s apartment and had incredibly peaceful and restful stay. The apartment is very clean and has everything needed to feel right at home, such as private parking spot, well-equipped kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and a nice balcony. Location is very convenient (safe and quiet residential area) and, although we had a rental car, the public transport is close by (a couple of bus stops and Hamburg Poppenbuttel S-bahn station). Several grocery stores (Edeka, Aldi, Penny, Rewe at Alstertal mall, etc.) and a lovely bakery (it was even open on Sunday!) is less than five-minute walk. The communication with the owners was excellent, and the hosts ensured that we were comfortable and felt at home. The owners kindly arranged three bicycles for us and we truly enjoyed half of the day riding along the Alster. In addition to Hamburg, we had day trips to Bremen, Lübeck and Schwerin. Our stay was absolutely amazing, and we would definitely recommend Ulricke and Ulrich’s apartment to any family that loves adventure, but also wishes to enjoy Germany’s fresh air and nature to the fullest. Tolle Wohnung!
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer sehr sauberen und schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man benötigt. Die Familie ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend und gab uns jederzeit gute Tipps. Alles in Allen kann man hier seinen Urlaub genießen und ich kann die Wohnung nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Obwohl - wenn das jetzt so viele Leute lesen bekomme vielleicht ich in der Zukunft dort kein Zimmer mehr weil schon alles belegt ist .. 
