Nice clean apartment in Malakoff, secure and quiet residential area
Excellent vacation property managed professionally by Holidu – nice to see this vs. just a random listing with incorrect details, has all the amenities you would need – microwave, washer and dryer combo, toilet area separate with small sink and main bathroom that has a large fully enclosed shower with handheld and great water pressure. Has centralized AC in bedroom and split AC in living that works great with built-in thermostat in the wall – much needed after a hot day outside in Paris during summer! Also has a great towel warmer that works well and nice after a shower.
Great location to arena,roland – access via uber is actually cheaper and faster vs. metro! Clamart rail station 12 minutes, bus is just 5 or 6 mins. Grocery store Lidl just 5 min walk through some quaint old really tiny Parisian street with residential houses.
Responsive owners. Has lockbox access and also a secure gate with lock code to access apartment. Well-lit courtyard and has terrific garden view outside on the back as shown in the listing. Very bright and cheery during a sunny day, exactly as listed. Comfortable main bed that is queen size (larger than double) and a convertible double-bed sofa in living. Clean and well-maintained, looked new. Loved it 100%.
Some minor suggestions for improvement – toilet paper holder, a towel holder in the bathroom., would love to have a kettle instead of coffee maker. Note - to open door, first pull the door towards you and then unlock. Overall -highly recommend.
