Villa Arietta

Villa Arietta is a stunning, modern villa on the enchanting island of Krk. If you are looking for a place where you can relax and leave your everyday worries at home, this is the right choice for you! The villa is located on the edge of the village of Garica, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding area from the terrace or, even better, from your own pool, undisturbed. Outside there is also a cozy seating area where you can relax in the shade. The villa also offers a covered outdoor dining area as well as a large stone charcoal barbecue where you can put your masterchef skills to the test.



The villa has 3 floors. Your own gym is available in the basement so you can stay active while on vacation. If you don't like working out, just head upstairs and enjoy the stereo and PS4 in the living room. The first floor is open plan and consists of the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area overlooking the pool. On the ground floor there is also one of the cozy bedrooms with a private bathroom

The beautiful Villa Arietta is located in the small village of Garica on the island of Krk. Garica is a typical island village - quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature. In the center of the village is the church of St. Peter, the patron saint of the village. There are also some interesting hiking trails in the surrounding area. Not far from Garica is Vrbnik, a town known for its charm. With its location on a steep hill, 28 km from the Krk Bridge, and with its medieval town walls, the town of Vrbnik is the ideal place to enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding area and the sea. The town has almost 900 years of history - go on a journey through time and visit the Glagolitic and sacral center or the Frankopan fortress. Vrbnik is also known for Zlahtina - enjoy the fine characteristic taste of the autochthonous grape variety. The beaches are of course also worth mentioning. Find one that meets your criteria and relax!
