The villa lies in peaceful and quiet surroundings just outside the village of Kringa, a few minutes’ walk away. Kringa lies in central Istria, just five kilometres from the second largest village of the Tinjan municipality, the location of a building from the Iron Age, later a Roman fort.

The Adriatic coast and the lively tourist town of Porec, as well as all the Istrian beaches or historical sights, are worth a visit and are easy to get to. A grocery shop, a bar and a restaurant are within walking distance. You can also buy groceries directly from local producers.
