Der Urlaub in Zinnowitz war klasse. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet und ausreichend sauber. Wenn es etwas zu beanstanden gibt, dann die Rezeption. Die beiden jungen Herren waren in unseren Augen einfach inkompetent. Fragen zur Umgebung konnten nicht beantwortet werden und als wir ein Problem mit der Waschmaschine meldeten, kam auch keine Hilfe. Wir haben es dann zum Glück allein regeln können.
