The high quality semi-detached house leaves nothing to be desired! From the Rungholtstraße (Rungholt-Street) the beach and downtown Wyk are about 500 meters away. Despite the central location this is a very quiet area.

The apartment is about 125 m² and has enough space for a maximum of 7 people. In the basement there is a Finnish sauna, shower/waterfall shower, washing machine, dryer and a bedroom with twin beds. The ground floor has a guest toilet, entrance hall, an open living/dining area with access to the south-west terrace, separate modern fitted kitchen with dining area, microwave, oven, cooker etc. In the first floor the property has three bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with double beds and the children’s room has a single bed. Of course there is also a bath/shower bath/toilet. The open gallery allows the opportunities of listening to music, watching TV and reading or if you got a lot of work to do – just use the antique desk! A car parking space is also available.
