Villa Soricevi Dvori

Villa Soricevi Dvori consists of two semi-detached houses that are rented together. The house is located on a 1000 m2 plot and can accommodate up to 12 people (4+2 per house). The villa has a large garden with two tables for 6 people that can be arranged for outdoor dining, as well as two outdoor fireplaces. The highlight of the garden is the large private pool with parasols and sun loungers - perfect for relaxing! If you want to be active, there is a volleyball and badminton court in the garden. Children have their own area in the playground with swings and slide. If you want to explore the surrounding area on two wheels, there are 8 bicycles available. There is also a separate building in the garden where the wellness area is located. It consists of a beautiful indoor jacuzzi, a shower, sun loungers and a Finnish sauna. As for the interior, all rooms are air-conditioned, furnished with shabby chic style furniture and equipped with all household appliances. On the first floor, each of the semi-detached houses has a kitchen, a dining room with a table for 6 people and a beautiful living room with a fireplace. There is also a separate toilet in each part. In the first house, the internal staircase leads to the first and second floor, where there are two bedrooms. On the second floor you will find a bedroom with a lovely private terrace. The internal staircase in the second house leads to the second floor where there are two bedrooms. From the corridor on the second floor you have access to the covered terrace. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower, a comfort that guests like to enjoy. Surrounded by fields, olive groves, vineyards on the typical red soil, and oak forests. Barat is the ideal place for a vacation. At an altitude of 290 m, far from the hustle and bustle, it offers clean air and tranquillity. Barat is located on the southwestern side of the peninsula, close to the Istrian Y highway, which takes you to all major destinations in Istria in less than half an hour - Pula, Rovinj, Porec and other towns. Near Barat is Dvigrad, the ruins of an abandoned medieval town.
