The Space:
The stylish apartment is located on the thirteenth floor of a building with elevator access. It can accommodate four people, so it is an ideal option for families or groups traveling together. Two beds can be found in the bedroom on a double double bed, while another two can be found in the living room on a double sofa bed. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction stove, microwave, toaster and oven, among other appliances. Don't worry about tedious dishwashing, as a dishwasher is also available. During the weathier days, you can enjoy a cup of coffee brewed in the espresso machine on the balcony belonging to the apartment. A washing machine and clothes dryer can also be found in the annex. The bathroom has a shower with a rain shower head, towels and a set of free toiletries. The apartment is equipped for remote working, with a desk in the bedroom along with a chair, and a high-speed WiFi connection at guests' disposal. Additional multimedia amenities include a TV and a soundbar system. The apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage.

The Neighborhood:
The building is located in an area with a historical past. Dębiec is a neighborhood that combines nature and metropolitan character. It only takes a three-minute walk to see the Fort IXa facility - a former part of the Poznan Fortification. In addition, the neighborhood abounds in riverside green areas, which are ideal for recreation, sightseeing or a Sunday stroll with the family. The area along the Warta River (Debinski Forest) also abounds in historical sites - there are several old shelters and monuments. It's a great place to experience a bit of nature in a big city. It takes only fifteen minutes to walk to the viewpoint located by the Sunny Pond. In the immediate vicinity of the building you will find plenty of retail and service outlets and grocery stores, one of which is located less than two minutes from the apartment. The neighborhood is very well connected with the rest of Poznań, the road to the bus stop Kasztanowa n/ż takes only four minutes.
