On the ground floor of the villa you will find a beautiful, spacious living room with a fireplace that opens onto the terrace. It is directly connected to a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, which simply invites you to enjoy delicious family meals. Two double bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a WC are also located on this floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds and each of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom.

You are sure to be delighted by the wonderfully large outdoor area with pool. On the terrace you will find several seating areas, a covered dining area for 12 people and a barbecue area with charcoal grill. Take a dip in the pool, lean back on one of the sun loungers and treat yourself to a cool drink. While you enjoy your well-deserved holiday, your children can play a game of table tennis, volleyball or have fun in the well-equipped children's playground. Vinjan is also known for its olive growing and is one of the last places where the Istrian autochthonous Bokarin cattle are kept.

There are cafés, good restaurants and supermarkets in Vinjan.

You can reach tourist hotspots in less than an hour's drive: Opatija, Rovinj, Pula, Trieste, Koper, Pirate, Portoro, Umag and Novigrad. All you have to do is decide whether you want to meditate among olive trees and vineyards or experience gastronomic highlights and explore the surrounding area.

During your stay in Istria, visit the Euphrasian Basilica (Unesco cultural heritage) in the old town of Pore or simply enjoy the first beach.
