The apartment is bright and comfortably furnished and is in an excellent location. The proximity to the sea in particular reflects the blue tones. Everything you need for a carefree, enjoyable vacation by the sea is here. The terrace with sea view will become your second living room, where you can spend many cozy hours with good food and refreshing drinks. After breakfast, throw your beach towel over your shoulder and head to the beach.



Marzamemi is an authentic fishing village that attracts many with its narrow streets, impressive beaches, exciting ruins of ancient ships, traditional cuisine and moorings for sailing boats. In July, an international film festival is often held here, where films are projected directly onto the walls of the buildings around the piazza. Take excursions to the towns of Siracusa and Noto, also known as the "regina barocca" (the baroque queen), taste the delicious tomatoes of Pachino and try a wine tasting in the Val di Noto.
