The unit is designed for two people and is located on the second floor of a building equipped with an elevator. In the living room there is a sofa without the possibility of unfolding, chairs, as well as a table where you can drink your morning coffee or place the equipment you need for remote work. A capacious closet ensures that guests can store their belongings comfortably. You can put clothes and shoes in it or stow away outer garments. The room also has a standing fan and a dining table with chairs, making dining very comfortable. The living room's windows overlook the atmospheric cityscape. Snacks and meals can be prepared easily and quickly in the kitchenette - it has been equipped with an oven, toaster, capsule coffee maker and washing machine. The bathroom has a bathtub at guests' disposal, where you can relax in the evening after a day's activities. Two large fans are available in the apartment. Visitors can come here with their pets - an additional fee applies. The apartment has an Energy Performance Certificate. To ensure a better quality of stay, air conditioning was installed in November.
