Step up to the living area, which boasts a dining space along with a bay window opening to another terrace and a sitting area, perfect for cosy evenings.
Outdoors, the property features vast grounds with lush lawns and stunning countryside views. There are private terraces equipped with outdoor furniture, including a pergola adjoining the kitchen and a stone barbecue near the living area. The pool house offers an outdoor lounge and bar area.
The heated private pool, (9m x 4m and 1.4m - 1.6m deep), is secured by a diving alarm and surrounded by a wooden terrace and synthetic carpet. Additionally, amenities such as deckchairs, armchairs, and a table tennis table are provided for your leisure.
The house is located in the countryside, quite secluded setting about 11 km from the medieval city of Sarlat.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed.
