The enclosed heated pool, (10m x 5m and 1.10 - 1.80m deep), is surrounded by a paved terrace with loungers and deck chairs. The pool area offers stunning vistas of the surrounding vineyards and Dentelles de Montmirail.



A shaded courtyard with a pergola, furnished with a dining area, barbecue, and outdoor games, provides a perfect spot for gatherings.



The property is situated at about 2.5 km from the village centre with many shops: Bakery, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, restaurants.
