The Landes - House between the ocean and the lake for 4 /5 people.

The house boasts a living room with a kitchen/dining area/ the lounge area, 2 bedrooms and a very nice covered terrace + bathroom and a cellar. Free Internet access.
The house is located 12 km from Mimizan (ocean) and 800m from the Lake of Biscarosse (fresh water). It has been constructed on a fenced plot close to the forest.
Being close to the ocean, you will be able to rest in a quiet area far from traffic and from the people of the seaside resorts.
You will be able to swim both in salt and fresh water, to practice nautical sports, to go fishing (all levels), ride bicycles since here, in the Landes, you won't regret to bring your own bicycle or to rent them here. Bicycle paths are peaceful between forests, lakes and oceans. The forest trails and sand dunes offer a wonderful playground for mountain bikers.
And let's not forget our pets that will be able to go free on the fenced plot.
It is ideal for a couple or to spend your holidays with friends but also for longer stays up to 3 months that can eventually be renewed. In that case, rates are different.

Très bonne emplacement

Proche de la piste cyclable , nous avons fait 300 Km en 2 semaines . Beaucoup d'endroit à visiter ( Dune du pila , bassin d'Arcachon , Espelette capital du piment , Bayonne et la ville de Bordeaux ) et bien sur la plage de Mimizan ou nous ,nous sommes baignés . Les propriétaires sont d'une sympathie exemplaire , la location est à l'identique de la description . Endroit très propre et bien rangé . Nous reviendrons sans doute et sans hésitation . Un grand aux propriétaires . Claude et Isabelle .

Urlaub in Landes

Schnuckeliges kleine Ferienhaus mit wunderbarer Terrasse welche den ganzen Tag im Schatten liegt. Zum See ist es fußläufig nur 15 Minuten, selbst in der Hauptsaison angenehm leer mit wunderbarer Liegefläche unter Bäumen. Auch der Strand von Mimizan ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett!

" Notre deuxième maison "

Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer Mme FOURNIE en personne , mais nos échanges ont étés parfaits , les petites attentions pour notre arrivée ainsi que la gentillesse de Mme Fournié qui nous à permis d'accueillir notre fille et notre petit fils le temps d'une nuit étaient vraiment chaleureux . Concernant la location , c'est une petite maison ou il y à absolument tout ce qu'il faut un grand terrain ou nos deux chiennes on pu aisément profiter. L'environnement très calme très , bien situé . La proximité du lac et la piste cyclable un vrai bonheur . Nous nous sommes énormément plus dans cette charmante location et très bien reposés ce qui était le but . Proximité des lieux touristiques mais sans en avoir les inconvénients , le top . Donc pour résumer nous avons passées de magnifiques vacances , je tiens à remercié également tous les enfants et petits enfants de Mme Fournié qui étaient en cas de besoin . Nous n'avons qu'une envie , c'est de revenir l'année prochaine . Un grand merci Nicole .

La maison est très bien située par rapport aux activités proposées dans le secteur et se trouve dans un secteur calme. La maison est agréable, les chambres sont grandes, mais l'espace séjour cuisine est un peu juste. On regrettera que les WC ne soient pas indépendants mais la présence d'une 2ème douche dans la chambre parentale est appréciable. L'équipement "cuisine" mériterait quelques améliorations (il n'y a pas de vrai four)

Des vacances tels que nous les attendions !

Après une 1ère visite il y a 5 ans, nous ne pouvions que revenir. Et nous n'avons pas été déçu, les quelques nouveaux aménagements de la maison apportent un plus à cette agréable maison. 😊 Notre chien a pu re-découvrir la région avec joie et il l'apprécie toujours autant. Notre miss de 18 mois a adoré ces premiers vacances, elle s'y est bien dépensée et adoré ! Et quant à nous, nous sommes toujours aussi amoureux de cette région où il y a tout... La sympathie des voisins et des gens de la région, le lac a porté de main, la forêt, l'océan à quelques minutes de voiture,... Nous y reviendrons avec grand bonheur et nous vous disons à bientôt, dommage que fin juin de l'année prochaine soit déjà pris...

Wunderbares kleines Haus in toller Lage mit sehr netten Vermietern

Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen, einem Kind und kleinem Hund einen wunderbaren Sommerurlaub in diesem schönen kleinen Haus verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnen direkt nebenan, sind immer ansprechbar aber nie aufdringlich. Vielen Dank für diese Gastfreundschaft! Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist zum einen schön ruhig, zum anderen aber auch nur 20 Minuten zum Strand von Mimizan oder 35 Minuten nach Biscarousse. Auch Ausflüge ins Baskenland sind problemlos möglich. Besonders schön ist die große Terrasse und der sehr große umzäunte Garten in dem man den Hund frei laufen lassen kann. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und haben schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht! Herzliche Grüße an Nicole und Ihren Gatten!

Calme et fonctionnelle.

Très bon séjour avec notre compagnon à 4 pattes. Gentille attention à notre arrivée, hôtes charmants qui nous accueillent avec gentillesse et nous transmettent leurs bonnes adresses. La maison est fonctionnelle rien ne manque, calme absolu cela fait du bien, notre chien était en sécurité dans le jardin clôture. Nous recommandons vivement.

Petite maison symphatique

Les chambres sont parfaites, le salon-salle-à-manger-cuisine est un peu petit, mais conforme à ce qui est annoncé. La terrasse sous toiture est idéale pour les repas même le soir en fin de saison. Maison très bien équipée. Proximité des lacs, quiétude garantie. Bonne clôture pour garder notre chienne.

Praktisch und schön

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Praktisch für Hundebesitzer ist das eingezäunte Grundstück. Die große überdachte Terrasse hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Der Wohnbereich im Haus ist etwa zu klein.
