The Lake Constance and the lido are only a few minutes' walk away. Various shopping facilities, restaurants, a bicycle rental as well as a spa facility and spa doctor for your outpatient spa treatment are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has its own underground parking space and includes the use of the bicycle cellar.
