The holiday apartment, which was extended and refurbished in 2012 and is approximately 40 square metres in size, is located in an outbuilding on a 5100 square metre holiday property in a quiet location on the edge of the village and forest. The building houses another separate holiday apartment (DZV220) and there are three more holiday homes on the property (property numbers: DZV072, DZV070, DZV071). The large Warthesee lake with its bathing beach and good fishing opportunities is only about 50 metres away. The small holiday flat is equipped with a combined living room and bedroom with a sleeping area with double bed and a sofa bed (1 couch), satellite TV, dining area, a fireplace (only heating option) and tiled floor, a kitchen area with kitchenette, electric cooker and fridge, as well as a bathroom with shower and WC. The holiday apartment can be entered via the entrance on the terrace or from the bathroom. There is also a cot and high chair, a terrace, storage space for bicycles, sun loungers, a barbecue and a car parking space. For hire: rowing boat (25 EUR/week), bicycles (owner runs a hire shop.) Final cleaning and water are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site, payable on site: Energy according to consumption. One small dog up to 45 cm in height is allowed in this accommodation.
The village of Warthe, surrounded by several lakes, is located in a wooded landscape, approx. 16 km north of Templin and offers the best conditions for anglers, cyclists, hikers, mushroom pickers and nature holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet. Shopping, bathing beach, fishing and hunting opportunities in the village. Templin is the tourist centre of the Uckermark. This is certainly not only due to the beautiful wooded and lake-rich surroundings. The town has open-air swimming pools, a beautiful natural thermal spa, boat hire, passenger boat trips and numerous restaurants and shopping facilities. Approx. 4 km outside the town, the western town of Silverlake City opened in 2004 with various leisure attractions. Another highlight are the popular trolley rides to Fürstenberg and back. Numerous events are organised, especially in the high season.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 12.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.
