About this property
Ferienwohnung Greifswald
Centrally located in the middle of Greifswald's old town, this comfortable holiday apartment for 2 to max. 3 people is on the second floor of an apartment building. Cafés, restaurants, shopping facilities and the museum harbour on the river Ryck are only a few steps away. The bathing beach on the Greifswald Bodden can be reached in approx. 5 minutes by car.
The 36 sqm holiday apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed for the 3rd person, flat screen TV, radio, dining table), an open kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom with 2 single beds (separated by a curtain) and a bathroom (shower/WC, hairdryer, washing machine). The apartment has a cellar for storing bicycles, a cot and free Wi-Fi. Public car parks, some of which are subject to a charge, are located nearby.
The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs as well as bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed in this property.
The university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald is the second largest city in Western Pomerania after Stralsund. It is located on the Greifswalder Bodden between the Baltic Sea islands of Rügen and Usedom. Greifswald is easily accessible via the A 20 motorway and its foundation and membership of the Hanseatic League date back to the 13th century. Even today, the image of the old town is characterised by the typical Hanseatic architecture and the medieval brick Gothic style. The market square with the town hall is particularly worth seeing, and the city's cultural offerings are significant and varied compared to other cities in the state. The Vorpommern Theatre and the Pomeranian State Museum are based here. Historic ships are restored in the museum harbour on the Ryk. The Caspar David Friedrich Centre is dedicated to the life and work of the Romantic painter, who was born in Greifswald. Concerts are also held here every year as part of the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Festival and the Baltic Sea Festival.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.
