The approx. 40 sqm holiday home is situated on a well-kept and completely fenced natural plot of approx. 1000 sqm in the middle of a holiday estate in Warenthin.



There is also a separate sauna house on the property. The nearest restaurant is approx. 400 metres away and Lake Rheinsberg approx. 200 metres. A train station and larger shopping facilities are approx. 6 kilometres away. A supermarket in Rheinsberg also offers the possibility of grocery delivery (for a fee). The holiday home offers space for up to 4 people (including 2 extra beds) and was completely refurbished in 2016 to be barrier-free (for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users) and comfortably furnished. The house is equipped with a living room with upholstered furniture (with sleeping function), flat-screen TV, radio, telephone connection and Wi-Fi hotspot, fireplace and an open-plan kitchen with electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and various small kitchen appliances. The dining and work surfaces are accessible and can also be moved within the kitchenette. The living room leads to a separate bedroom with two single beds. One of the beds is a complete care bed with electric height adjustment. The two beds can easily be pushed together to form a double bed. The bathroom in the house is equipped with a toilet, a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. The fittings are mounted at wheelchair height. There are special grab rails next to the toilet. Water is supplied from the building's own well. All doors and passages in the house are wheelchair accessible. In addition to the fireplace, the holiday home has central heating and insect screens in front of the windows. The following are also available for use: WLAN (free for Telekom users, otherwise for a fee), furnished terrace with barbecue, sun loungers, car park. There is a separate house with a Finnish sauna on the property. This is also barrier-free and can be used (for a fee). People with walking disabilities and wheelchair users can move freely around the property (no thresholds, paved paths, etc.). Water and energy consumption are included in the total price. To be paid on site: Bed linen and towels, visitor's tax, WLAN (if applicable), sauna (if applicable). One small child is allowed in this accommodation. Dogs up to a height of 40 cm are allowed.



We consider this accommodation accessible for our guests with reduced mobility, but recommend all guests to check the suitability of the accommodation based on their own requirements.



Warenthin is a small holiday resort in wooded surroundings directly on Lake Rheinsberg. Warenthin is a district of the town of Rheinsberg and has far more holiday accommodation than residential houses due to a large holiday home development and a campsite. There is a restaurant in the village. There is also a boat, canoe and bicycle hire centre. Thanks to the abundance of lakes and forests, nature holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet as well as anglers and water sports enthusiasts will find the best conditions in this region. Rheinsberg (approx. 5 km away) is a state-recognised resort in the middle of the beautiful Rheinsberg lake district in Brandenburg. The region impresses with its countless lakes, which are connected by canals. An ideal holiday destination, not only for water hikers. Thanks to the Prussian Crown Prince Friedrich, who resided in the rococo castle in Rheinsberg in the 18th century, the town became a flourishing cultural centre and inspired Kurt Tucholsky and Theodor Fontane, among others. Today, the castle grounds, which also house a theatre, the Chamber Opera and the Kurt Tucholsky Museum, host the annual Chamber Opera Festival and other musical events. In addition to the picturesque old town with its numerous restaurants and cafés, the town's visitor attractions include passenger boats, boat and bicycle hire and a swimming area on Lake Grienericksee. The Berlin-Copenhagen long-distance cycle path is just 20 kilometres away.
