Our beautiful two-bedroom apartment is located directly on the beach front of Mojácar Playa and offers magnificent sea views, private parking and access to a shared swimming pool. The beach, shopping, chiringuitos, beach bars, restaurants and much more are within easy reach from here. The apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan living room with a dining area. Patio doors lead onto a spacious private terrace with beautiful views of the swimming pool and the Mediterranean Sea.

Kitchen: The modern, separate kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, hand blender and various other kitchen utensils and appliances.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobe, en-suite shower room and patio doors to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds and a spacious fitted wardrobe.

Bathroom: Both bathrooms have a large walk-in shower with shower screen.

Living area: Nicely furnished living room with dining area, air conditioning and patio doors leading to the front terrace.

Terrace: The furnished front terrace, which leads off from the living room, is a lovely, partially shaded terrace where you can relax in the heat of the day or enjoy breakfast or a cool drink in the evening. On the terrace there are tables and chairs for al fresco dining, sun loungers for sunbathing and beautiful sea views.

Unfortunately, there are no facilities for small children, so the minimum age for children is ten.
