Newly renovated luxury flat in the centre of Haidhausen, in an absolutely quiet inner courtyard. Only three minutes from the Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn stop. Countless restaurants and all shops for daily needs are in walking distance. The flat is located on the 4th floor and is accessible by lift. It has a spacious room with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area and bar, adjoining an idyllic balcony. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (2 x 2 metres) and has blackout curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom has a very large shower, washbasin and toilet and underfloor heating. The washing machine and dryer are from Miele. An underground car park space is optionally available and costs € 10/day.

Perfect location
This was the perfect location for a trip to Munich. Only 2 blocks from the subway which we rode often (and normally we take cabs but it was so easy and convenient we opted to ride the subway everywhere instead). Hosts were great with communication and left us a bottle of champagne. Check-in and out was easy with the neighbor having the keys. Apartment was well stocked with basics (more so than most other places we have stayed). Lots of great shopping and restaurants in the area. Apartment is exactly as described. Particularly loved the large shower (again something not common in other places).
