On the right there is a large living/dining room with furniture, lighting and decoration of the highest level and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for warm and relaxing moments. The large outdoor area is spread over a 3000 m2 plot with native plants and trees and a swimming pool with wonderful views. The pool has a surface area of 50 m2 and the depth varies between 100 cm and 150 cm. The water and salt purification system allows you to always swim in clear water. Next to the private pool is a dining area with a table and benches, while around it is the sun terrace with sun loungers and well-positioned parasols, allowing you to relax at any time of the day. Enjoy a cool drink on the terrace or veranda, take a dip in the warm pool water and watch the sunset for a romantic moment... this is the true experience of this property, with a high level of privacy and luxury. A spacious 3000 m2 area with local plants and trees frames the beautiful pool, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of northern Crete.
