Immerse yourself in the wonderful Volterra, a thousand-year-old town that rises almost 600 metres above sea level in the heart of Tuscany and welcomes you with this pretty holiday apartment.
In this elegant and cosy holiday apartment, you will immediately feel at home, in complete intimacy. The modern apartment is located on the first floor of an independent villa next to the owners' house in a residential area outside the city walls opposite the Medicean Castle of Volterra. Enjoy the carefree atmosphere in the morning at breakfast in the practical eat-in kitchen and during the day while relaxing on the comfortable sofa in the charming living area of your holiday apartment.
Outside, you can play basketball or badminton and enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.
You live close to the historic centre, which you can also reach on foot in just a few minutes by walking along a wonderful panoramic avenue. Enjoy the view and the view over the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside to the sea and even to Corsica, which is perfectly visible at sunset. The town of Volterra awaits you with all its historical and artistic attractions and genuine, traditional cuisine. Visit the bell tower of the Palazzo dei Priori, which is decorated with medieval frescoes. And admire the marble entrance and the gilded coffered ceiling of Volterra Cathedral.
