The 63 m2 spacious and very well equipped flat with separate entrance is located in a 2-family house on the east side of the house on the mezzanine floor. The living room has a sofa bed and the open kitchen lets everyone share in family life together. The cosy outdoor seating area is for your exclusive use. The house is in an absolutely quiet location in the eastern part of the village of Tschlin. Shopping facilities, a brewery and a restaurant are within walking distance in the village. There is also the possibility to buy local products directly from the agricultural producers. The post bus stop is 400 m away.

The skiing area Motta Naluns can be reached by car in 20 minutes via Scuol and in 30 minutes by post bus. The Martina-Scuol valley cross-country skiing trail can be reached in Strada, in 5 minutes by car/Postbus.

In summer, the entire Lower Engadine is ideal for beautiful hikes, whether short or longer. The hike from Tschlin to Vnà via the Via Engiadina and further over the suspension bridges to the Zuort farm is popular. The Swiss National Park is also nearby.
