he 80 m2 flat is located on the ground floor with a sunny terrace and adjacent playground with a breathtaking view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites and the Swiss National Park. The flat is located in the upper part of the village of Scuol in a quiet neighbourhood without through traffic.

Grosszügige Einrichtung, prima Infrastuktur, sehr sonnig, lichtdurchflutet tolle Terrasse mit Rasenfläche Hinweis, dass zur Haustüre 2 Aussentreppen (nach unten) zu bewältigen sind, da das Haus am Hang gebaut ist.
