Vacations in the Kitzbühel Alps - ski in / ski out -> skiing in the sun in March

Enjoy cozy hours with friends and family in our chalet. The entrance area is spacious. Furthermore, there is a cozy room on the ground floor with a large dining table. The integrated kitchenette is fully equipped (dishwasher, stove, coffee machine etc.). A beautiful tiled stove (electric) invites you to linger. In addition to the TV room (cable TV, DVD player) there is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The large dining table on the sunny and quiet terrace is ideal for breakfast and barbecues.

On the upper floor, all 4 bedrooms are furnished with stylish furniture made of light natural wood (2 bedrooms with large double beds, 1 bedroom with a 140cm double bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed). There is also a large bathroom with a bathtub and double washbasin and a separate toilet with a vanity. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Kaiser Mountains. The room layout is ideal for 4 adults and 4 children.

Amazing days in wonderfull place
From first moment we has been amazed by this chalet. Beautifully furnished and fully equipped. Sauna in bedroom with access to terrace is outstanding. Best place to stay in St.Johann, I can fully recommend it.

Alpine Getaway of Dreams
We booked this chalet to try and give our son a magical first impression of Austria and it definitely delivered. We couldn’t have asked for more and we felt cosy and totally at home there. There was everything we needed and more and the location was perfect for us. Christoph couldn’t have been more helpful with our booking and we would love to return.

Perfectly equipped apartment for a wonderful stay
We had a fantastic stay in this fully equipped apartment. Everything has been thought of, from spices and oil in the kitchen to toilet paper and hand soap, and even sleds and games. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated with a traditional charm. The sauna was a wonderful addition, especially after a day of skiing, and spacious enough for four adults. The location was convenient, close to the ski lift, though the climb back up was quite steep. Highly recommended!

Ein sehr nettes Haus
Alles in Allem war das Quartier super und hat alles wie angeführt gepasst. Ein kleines Problem wäre gewesen, dass aufgrund der Schneeverhältnisse die Abfahrt zum Haus gesperrt war. Wir sind trotzdem abgefahren und es ist (gerade noch) gegangen. Ein kleines Manko ist (wie bereits bei mehreren Bewertungen angeführt), dass nur ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht, was für 8 Personen natürlich nicht ausreichend ist. Aber im Gesamten gesehen war das Quartier topp - gerne wieder!

Schöner Familienurlaub
Wir durften einen tollen Familienurlaub in dem Chalet genießen 😊 Sehr netter Gastgeber, der stets für jede Frage erreichbar war und alles super erklärt hat. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Sauna mit dem Ausblick ist ein Highlight. Wir können das Chalet sehr empfehlen.

Wunderschön!
Das Haus liegt am Hang mit einem tollen Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser und das gesamte Tal. Es ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was man auch nur im entferntesten eventuell brauchen könnte. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist schlicht an alles gedacht. Draußen gibt es vor und hinter dem Haus diverse Sitzmöglichkeien, Terrassen und einen Balkon. Einfach toll!

Urlaub in einem Traumhaus
Was für ein tolles Chalet! So gemütlich und mit viel Liebe und schönen Accessoirs eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist etwas erhöht und sehr schön ruhig. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war äußerst nett. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass wir nach einer Woche wieder abreisen mussten 😉 Also: wenn Tirol-dann buchen wir auf jeden Fall wieder das Chalet Kitzhorn

Tolles, sehr gut ausgestattes Haus. Die Sauna ist großartig. Bei einem Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern wäre ein 2. Parkplatz gut, da keine weiteren Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind.

Wir hatte super schöne Urlaubstage in St. Johann. Das Chalet ist gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die zwei Terrassen machten es möglich zu jeder Tageszeit die Sonne zu genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Chalet in St. Johann
Sehr schönes, sauberes und zentral gelegenes Chalet für jegliche Unternehmungen in den Kitzbüheler Alpen. Wir haben hier als Familie (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) die letzten Sommertage genossen und hatten nichts auszusetzen. Hervorzuheben ist insbesondere die gute Ausstattung (bspw. jegliche Küchenutensilien) sowie der nette Kontakt zum Vermieter, welcher uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand.

Einfach ein Traum!
Wir haben zum siebten Mal in Folge die Vorweihnachtswoche in diesem traumhaft gemütlichen Chalet verbracht. Es ist jedes Mal wieder wunderbar und mittlerweile ein bisschen wie "nach Hause kommen". Dass dieses Mal Frau Holle tonnenweise Schnee geschickt hat, hat den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon wieder auf das nächste Mal!

Erholung pur in Top-Ambiente
Schon die Kontaktaufnahme mit den sehr freundlichen Besitzern des Chalets ließ unsere Erwartungen auf unseren Weihnachtsurlaub am Wilden Kaiser steigen und diese wurden dann während unseres Familienurlaubs noch übertroffen. Das sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Chalet liegt wirklich direkt an der Skipiste, ist trotzdem einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen und war für uns ( Familie mit Großeltern und zwei Kindern 5 und 9 Jahre) eine ideale Unterkunft nach sonnigen Skitagen auf der Piste. Gut eingerichtete Küche, viel gemütliches Holz und das Highlight ist mit Sicherheit der gemütliche große Ofen in der Stube-meine beiden Kleinen wollten abends am liebsten dort schlafen... Ein rundrum schöner Urlaub für uns in einem tollen Chalet-wir kommen wieder!
