Only 450 meters away is the Land Shopping Center, and nearby you’ll also find Żabka and Biedronka stores. A 5-minute walk will take you to two restaurants — Sushi Bar Don and Restauracja Cichy Kącik. The location is well connected to the rest of the city, with nearby bus and tram stops providing access to the main sights of Warsaw. You can reach the Palace of Culture and Science in about 25 minutes by public transport. For horse racing enthusiasts, the Służew Horse Racing Track, just 1.4 km away, is a notable attraction. The nearby parks offer excellent opportunities for a stroll and relaxation in nature. Close by is Służew Square, and a bit further, the charming P. Pawlukiewicz Park.
