In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Trin, Dorf" 400 m. Skisport facilities 6 km, slopes 6 km, ski school 6 km, cross country ski track 3 km. Nearby attractions: Ruinalta/Rheinschlucht, Aussichtsplattform Il Spir, UNESCO-Welterbe Tektonikarena Sardona. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Weisse Arena Flims/Laax.
