Open-plan living rooms and bedrooms invite you to enjoy plenty of family time, which starts as soon as you get up and you can prepare a delicious breakfast in one of the two kitchens.



Enjoy the peaceful surroundings on the spacious balcony or terrace while drinking coffee. Both areas are perfectly designed to enjoy the view of the green surroundings and take in the fresh air. Here you can relax and make plans for the day ahead. The garden of the house is a real highlight. The inviting pool not only offers you refreshment, but also plenty of space for water polo and volleyball. Basketball hoops in the garden provide additional fun and variety.



Segotici, a hidden gem in Istria, is picturesquely situated in a hilly landscape surrounded by lush olive groves and vineyards. The area is ideal for relaxing walks and bike rides through the green countryside. Explore the historic towns of Motovun and Groznjan, which will delight you with their medieval flair and narrow streets.
