The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbours.

Indoors, the living room is equipped with a TV and a selection of tourist books to help you plan your visits around the island. The kitchen-dining room, with gas stoves, offers a cozy atmosphere to enjoy meals with family or friends. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for added convenience. The house has three bedrooms, all equipped with fans. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds each, while the third bedroom has a double bed and a cot available. Two shower bathrooms, one of them en suite, complete the indoor amenities of the house.

Near Cala Binibeca beach, Mahón airport, and other local attractions, this house is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the beautiful island of Menorca. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay
