This fantastic villa is located in Denia and welcomes 8 guests.

Outside this wonderful property, you will find a 10x7m swimming pool with a depth range between 1,10m and 1,70m, ideal for cooling off after sunbathing on the sun loungers on the fantastic terrace at your disposal. Play with the little ones in the children's area or share time together while you prepare a tasty meal on the barbecue and enjoy it in the outdoor dining area. Please note that the property has direct neighbors, so privacy is partial.

The property is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with AC and Smart TV that gives access to a dining area where you can enjoy the wonderful dishes prepared in the kitchen with a ceramic hob, which also has all the necessary utensils. The villa is equipped with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and two fans. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair. A toilet serves this floor.

On the same level, there are three bedrooms, all of them with TV, ready to offer you the rest you deserve. The first has a double bed, the second has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower, and the third, which is the largest, has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The beautiful stairs lead down to the basement, which has a spacious living room, ideal for long evenings, and is equipped with AC and TV. On this floor, you will also find a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower that completes the stay.

Denia is one of the most attractive tourist destinations. It is full of beautiful beaches and a spectacular natural environment that does not go unnoticed. We recommend you visit the Castle of Denia, which is built on a cliff overlooking the coast and is the symbol of the city, or you can take a stroll through its beautiful streets full of Mediterranean charm.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
