FEWO LEA eher etwas für die jüngeren Semester, weil: 3. OG ohne Lift, Wanneneinstieg recht hoch und Betten dafür etwas niedrig. Im Gegenzug waren Töpfchen, Hochstuhl und Kinderreisebett kostenlos vorhanden! Eine Vollbelegung mit den angegebenen max. 5 Personen würden wir nicht für einen längeren Urlaub empfehlen. Könnte recht eng werden. Ansonsten ansprechende und vollständige Einrichtung mit vielen Details. Mit Matratze und Kissen haben wir etwas "gehadert", fühlte sich ein bisschen an als würde man auf Stroh schlafen, aber das ist nur unser subjektiver Eindruck gewesen, vielleicht sind wir auch nur verwöhnt? Lage ist super. Edeka gleich um die Ecke, Strandstraße nur zwei Querstraßen entfernt. Vom Schlafzimmerfenster aus hatte man Ostseeblick. Die Molli fährt direkt am Haus vorbei und macht dabei, da sich dort ein Übergang befindet, gehörig auf sich aufmerksam. Zuerst waren wir erschrocken, da sie aber nicht über Nacht fährt war das kein Problem. Schlüsselübergabe bzw. -rückgabe problemlos. Alle waren sehr nett! Niedliches Detail am Rande: wir hatten das Wäschepaket dazugebucht. In der Badewanne erwartete uns der Badvorleger formvollendet als Schiff gefaltet.

Die Lage ist top. Küchenausstattung hervorragend. Im Bad müsste eine andere Duschwand angebracht werden. Oder sie müsste mal richtig von Kalk an den Gummis befreit werden. Sieht nicht so schön aus. Der Staubsauger in der Wohnung ist nicht für Laminatfußboden geeignet. Er ratscht richtig auf dem Fußboden rüber, obwohl die Bürsteneinstellung vorhanden ist. Beim Saugen dann auch sehr laut. Mieter unter der Wohnung wird sich freuen.
