Nice but had to clean shower/ Schön aber mussten Abfluss der Dusche reinigen
Generally speaking, the apartment is very nice. On the down side, I had to declog the shower drain as it was completely clogged with other peoples hair, etc. while one of us took the first shower. The water rose in the shower and eventually flooded half the bathroom floor. Then after having to clean other peoples hair out of the drain, I had to clean up the flooded bathroom floor so that the rest of the family could shower. Doing so at 9:45pm on the day of our arrival isn´t really what you expect from a place at this going rate. After writing to the host about the situation, we would have at least expected a discount or at least an apology, but he has not replied until now, which is a week later.
Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung sehr schön. Leider musste ich aber den Abfluss der Dusche reinigen, da er während der ersten Dusche komplett mit Haaren anderer Leute usw. verstopft war. Das Wasser in der Dusche stieg und überschwemmte schliesslich den halben Badezimmerboden. Nachdem ich dann den komplett verschmutzen Abfluss gereinigt hatte, musste ich den überschwemmten Badezimmerboden trochenwischen, damit der Rest der Familie duschen konnte. Das um 21:45 Uhr am Tag unserer Ankunft zu tun, ist nicht wirklich das,was man von einer Unterkunft zu diesem Preis erwartet.Nachdem wir dem Gastgeber über die Situation informiert hatten, hätten wir zumindest einen Preisnachlass od. eine Entschuldigung erwartet, aber er hat bis jetzt, also eine Woche später, nicht geantwortet.
