New modern villa for 8 pax with pool in quiet street in Chiclana Finished in July 2024, Casa Joviano is a modern house with a private pool and views of the golf course. The spacious living area is located on the ground floor and is open towards the kitchen. It also has a dining table that seats all guests. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows offer views of the pool and the golf course. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and a shower room on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms. In the master bedroom there is a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a beautiful view of the golf course. Two other bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) share a further bathroom.
There is a covered terrace with comfy sofas, a table to eat "al fresco" and lounges. There is also a gas barbecue to enjoy fresh fish and meat from the area. The private pool is great to refresh.
You are only 2 km from the beach and a shopping centre is just a few minutes away.
