Punta Brava - "the wild point" is a point of land at the tip of the black volcanic sandy beach of Puerto de la Cruz, northern Tenerife's second largest city. The picturesque borough across from the famous Loro Parque is right on the ocean.

Here you will find plazas, shops and restaurants, bars and banks, atms, taxis, hair dressers, pharmacies, newspaper agents, a church and a ferreteria, which sells everything but the kitchen sink. It is 30 meters to the ocean and 2 minutes on foot to the beach. You can reach the centre of Puerto de la Cruz by a nice walk on the beach within 20 minutes.

The apartament, which has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, is in the second floor with an wooden staircase to another room at the third floor from where there is access to the roof top terrace of which a roofed part belongs exclusively to the apartment.
