Apartment 'Oberpfälzer Wald' with Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Enjoy some time out in our holiday apartment with its own entrance, carport
and terrace. The modern flat is located on the ground floor, has a separate
kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room with TV,
living area and a large corner bench (with power connection) for cosy evenings playing and watching TV, a bathroom with shower and WC and a storage room. You
will receive a basic supply of coffee and tea, sugar and spices.
A washing machine is available in the cellar on request. You can store your bicycles
in the lockable bicycle cellar (with charging station for e-bikes). Your car
is protected from the sun and rain in the carport.
From the living room you can access the 28 square metre terrace with our
beautiful garden and views of the forest. The terrace is located on the sunny
south side and is protected from prying eyes. Garden furniture, cushions and parasol are available. The rear part is covered. Here you can enjoy the stars in the evening with a glass of wine.

A children's playground is 150 metres away. On the "Alte Heeresstraße" you can take a
walk through a beautiful avenue or explore it by bike. You can reach many hiking trails directly from the holiday apartment.

The King's Casino in Rozvadov is approx. 12 minutes away via the A6 motorway.

The "Northern Upper Palatinate Forest" nature park offers numerous excursions and
hiking opportunities, for example the wild and romantic Lerau Valley, 6 km away. The
"Bocklweg" cycle network with e-bike hire and charging stations runs via Vohenstrauß.
