A South Lake Tahoe Charmer! Welcome to our quaint 3 bedroom 2 full bath home. The home has been completely remodeled top to bottom and newly furnished. This home away from home is tastefully appointed and features a beautiful granite kitchen with everything you will need to fix a light meal or cater to the gourmet chef! A nice built in bench style set-up allows for 6 to comfortably enjoy a meal together. The family room has a comfy sofa, recliner and plenty of room to unwind and relax. There are board games, cards and fun activities for the children or the entire family to enjoy. Of course, high speed internet and basic cable TV are available. Both bathrooms have a shower and bath. A delightful claw tub is a perfect ending to a day on the slopes. The Master features a comfortable queen size bed and the 2 other rooms both have bunk beds full bottom and twin top. Each room has plenty of room for storage and closet space. The solid wood wrap around deck allows you to take in the beauty of the surrounding property and gorgeous mountain views. The back of the home has secluded gentle slopes perfect for sled and saucer fun, even for the very little ones. The home sits in a great location. Walking distance to beautiful walking/hiking/biking trails in Angora Lakes and Fallen Leaf Lake, just minutes to Sierra at Tahoe, Heavenly Ski Resort, state line casinos and beautiful Lake Tahoe. The home is surrounded on all sides by El Dorado National Forest/BLM land which means no direct neighbors. This home is in a quiet, private location but only minutes to high end stores, local shops and all the fun that Lake Tahoe has to offer. There will be an additional contract to be signed by both parties and renter will be required to provide current physical address and copy of a drivers license. * Note - washer and dryer for weekly renters only. If your planning a shorter stay but need washer and dryer, please inquire with host prior to booking.

Great house for a family in Tahoe

The house was perfect for our family, which included two kids. We appreciated all the games/books for the kids, as well as the fully stocked kitchen and plenty of beds/bathrooms. We will stay here again!

Lovely Tahoe Stay

This property is a ranch style family home in a quaint neighborhood, which is conveniently located to South Lake Tahoe (10 -15 minute drive). We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of the lake shore and town but able to head to any location with ease!

We loved our South Lake Tahoe visit!

This South Lake Tahoe home was clean and comfortable. The location is in a wonderful wooded neighborhood with short drives to all the activities and restaurants we enjoyed on our vacation. The owner was easy to work with and always responded promptly. Hope to stay here again one day!

Wonderful home in south lake tahoe

We stayed here with our family including an infant. The home has pretty much everything you need to feel comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and a nice grill on the patio. Very clean and well maintained property with fast internet.

Comfy House.

A wonderful house to stay with Family. My kids loved their stay there, outside surrounded with snow all around the house. We even found so much space outside to slide with the snow sleds. Very welcoming feeling. Thank you Stefan!🙂

Perfect Getaway

Everything listed was as described. The house worked perfect for our family of six. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and hated having to leave. We hope to make it back again soon. The location was ideal and loved that is was surrounded by trees.

Relaxing Vacation Destination

The house was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood close to downtown south lake and all the shops. A couple friends and I had the perfect getaway being close to everything but just far enough away to enjoy the nature. Stefan was a great host communicating everything we possibly could need. The house was cute and had everything we could have needed for a weekend away. Highly recommend. Would stay here again!

Great Home Away from the Crowd

My family and I enjoyed staying at this home. It was away from the crowd but still close enough to engage in all the fun activities in the area. Home had everything we needed. The small toiletries provided were nice. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of four. Minor issue getting owner to respond with code to lock box for key at check in time. He offered a later check out time for the mishap.

Wonderful base for hitting the slopes!

Stayed for 3 nights and joined by friends on the last night to ski Sierra at Tahoe (~15 min drive) and Kirkwood (~40 min drive). The property sits in a quiet neighborhood and the kids enjoyed playing in the snow outside the house while we watched through the large windows in the kitchen. The place is very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with food staples and cooking utensils. The big lazyboy and the gas stove in the living room were my favorite spot in the house. The host is very gracious; we had an accident that left some damage to the house and the host handled it so well, he was very understanding. We had a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful, Cozy Cabin

Located about 15 min from stateline and 5-7 min from groceries and shopping. This cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin was perfect for our family of 6. There was plenty of room for the kids to play in the yard. They built snowmen, slides for their sleds and plenty of snow ball wars. The kitchen has everything you needs to cook, which was great for us. The WiFi & streaming services kept us connected during the crazy week of snow. Stefan was always available to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood

We felt at home as soon as we stepped through the door. The whole home is updated and felt very clean. We prepared several meals in the kitchen which had everything we needed and then some. We really enjoyed taking evening walks through the neighborhood, visiting with neighbors and petting their awesome dogs. We would stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

The house is nicer than it looks on the pictures. Clean, big enough for a family with kids, surrounded by trees. The location is convenient in a quite neighborhood, but close to everything.

Great property. Plenty of space to enjoy outside on the deck, and inside the house. Nice to be in a neighborhood of friendly people. The main disappointment was to not have access to the washer/dryer. Overall we'd recommend!

Nice small home set in a neighborhood

I value reviews on VRBO. It’s actually a must for me & I read every review when choosing properties. This was a nice home set in a neighbor away from South Lake Tahoe, about a 10 min drive. Close to Fallen Leaf Lake and a golf course. Deck with bbq was nice. Cute coffee shop not far from house. This property had more than enough room for my family. Some of the pros: Larger kitchen which was stocked nicely, lots of seating in living room. Bedrooms decent size with enough sleeping room. Nice touch of small toiletries if you forgot something. Cons & small things that possibly just might need to be addressed by owner, just suggestions: Cob webs on ceilings by light fixtures & in art piece above couch, a few light bulbs out, living room very dark, could use another lamp, no screen on master bath window so bugs would come in, hole in master slider screen so didn’t want to leave open while we were there as we saw chipmunks on deck, guest bathroom has a claw foot tub shower so there is no shelf or area to put toiletries, & possibly an addition of another portable fan due to screen issues in master.

Great Cabin and location

The cabin was great and the owner response was incredible but a little uncomfortable the fact that there were 3 cameras in the property and the owner was monitoring closely. We felt like we did not have privacy, that's all.. everything else was great.

Nice cozy home

House is located away from crowded place, yet near to get to all activities. House is clean and well maintained. Family enjoyed the outdoor deck, sitting area and sleeping area. TV in every room but we have never used. 2 bath room and 3 bed rom perfect for family of 4 with teen age children. Minor issue with availability of cleaning items like trash bags, toilet papers and paper towels.

Fantastic Tahoe cabin

Clean, modern and very comfortable cabin. The beds are comfy, we could hang out in the living room as if it was our own and the kitchen is well stocked with a great stove. Large, pleasant patio as well. The neighborhood is quiet and is good for walks with excellent hiking nearby. We really liked the location. Easy to get to Pope and Baldwin beaches and downtown. (Also great for winter with good access to Kirkwood, Heavenly and Sierra Ski.) We stayed for a month, we were really comfortable, it felt like home. It was great. What more can I say? We had a fantastic time and we will definitely be back.
