Beautiful, cosy villa "Laura", surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 2.5 km from the centre of Poppi, 30 km from the centre of Arezzo, outside the resort, 60 km from the centre of Firenze. Private: park 3'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 130 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 26.Sep.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 2.5 km, railway station "Poppi" 2 km. Golf course (9 hole) 5 km, walking paths from the house 16 km. Nearby attractions: Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentines 16 km, Monastero di Camaldoli 17 km, Santuario della Verna 30 km. Please note: car recommended.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table.
