Beautiful country house "Casa Judith", surrounded by trees and fields. 2 houses in the resort. 17 km from the centre of Castiglione della Pescaia, 10 km from the centre of Marina di Grosseto, 12 km from the centre of Grosseto, 10 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'000 m2, garden with trees, meadow. Garden furniture, barbecue. 200 m long motor access (via unmade road). Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 10 km, supermarket 13 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Grosseto" 13 km, ferry "Piombino" 50 km, sandy beach "Marina di Grosseto" 10 km. Marina 10 km, golf course (18 hole) 35 km. Hiking paths: Mountain-bike 800 m. Castiglione della Pescaia by bike approx. 8.5 km. On the property another, occasionally used holiday cottage of the owners and a hayloft.

Tutto perfetto!

Siamo stati una settimana ed è stato un soggiorno veramente rilassante. La casa è perfetta, arredata molto bene e pulitissima. I letti davvero comodi. Il giardino à molto ben tenuto e spazioso, il panorama con i girasoli ed il tramonto ogni sera erano impagabili. Ringraziamo i proprietari per l'accoglienza, persone squisite e molto disponibili. Lasciare Casa Judith è stato un dispiacere, ma siamo sicuri che ci torneremo presto!

Immer sauberes Haus, alles vorhanden was man braucht, viel Platz, Aussendusche schön zu nutzen. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, hat man sie hier und wenn man Kinder hat, haben die viele Platz Möglichkeiten.

– Küche Ausstattung: Gasherd...

– Küche Ausstattung: Gasherd mit 4 Flammen Leider nur 1 Pfanne, Töpfe ausreichend Wasserkessel statt Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine, aber Espresso–Kanne für Herd bzw. Druck–Kaffeekanne– Bad oben: zwei Dusch–Vorleger–Handtücher vorhanden, ansonsten Handtücher mitzubringen. Beide Duschen (auf zwei Etagen) sind recht klein.– Außenbereich geräumig, ausreichend Möbel. Wäscheständer vorhanden.Zur eigenen Zwischen–Reinigung des sehr sauberen Hauses leider nur Besen und Kehrblech, Wischer und Lappen, aber kein Staubsauger vor Ort. – Das sehr freundliche Vermieter–Ehepaar war zur Anreise und Übergabe des Hauses für eine Nacht vor Ort, spricht aber leider nur Italienisch. Bei Abreise Vermieter wieder vor Ort, unkomplizierte Übergabe. Reisetipps: – Achtung vor den Straßenverhältnissen Richtung Ferienhaus! Teilweise große Schäden im Straßenbelag.– Zum Einkaufen haben wir den großen Supermarkt IPERCOOP im offenbar recht neuen Centro Commercial von Grosseto angesteuert. Bis dorthin ca. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit. Kleinere Supermärkte scheint es in der Nähe nicht zu geben. Am besten mit etwas Lebensmitteln im Gepäck anreisen, damit erster Abend und erstes Frühstück klappt (im Ferienhaus keinerlei "Reste" von Vormietern vorhanden).– Wer "größere" Städte besuchen will:Fahrzeit nach Siena ca. 1 Stunde, nach Pisa 2 Stunden.Schöne Örtchen: Pitigliano, Orbetello, Castiglione della Pescaia, Massa Marittima.Nach dem Mittag überall Siesta bis 17/18 Uhr. – Strände: wir haben freie Zugänge und Strand ohne Liegen/Schirme gesucht.Von Castiglione della Pescaia Richtung Le Rochette einen kleinen bewachten Parkplatz gefunden (ca. 1,50 Euro pro Stunde), von dort kurzer Weg zu einem kleinen Abschnitt freien Strandes, rechts und links jedoch sofort flankiert von privaten Abschnitten. In Le Rochette einen Zugang gefunden mit Parkplatz (ca. 1,50 bis 2 Euro pro Stunde), ca. 5 Minuten schattiger Weg durch Pinienwald – Winery Rocca di Montemassi
