Wohnung sauber aber….

Es war nicht das Haus, was ich bei der Buchung gesehen habe und somit auch nicht die Wohnung, nämlich ebenerdig mit Terrasse. Bei der Kühlschranktür haben wir, damit sie zu blieb, einen Stuhl davor gestellt, weil erst jemand da war, der sie nicht reparieren konnte und als der Techniker kam, hatte er nicht die richtigen Teile dabei, die musste er erst bestellen. Im Badezimmer fehlt die Duschvorlage und für die „Terrassenmöbel“ die Auflagen. Dorthin werden wir nicht mehr fahren.

Kommunikation unmöglich

Wir waren in der U9 ... im Keller untergebracht. Die Wohnung war okay. Leider gab es kein WLAN und der Empfang im Mobilfunk im Haus gleich null. Der Reciever vom Fernseher stammt aus den 90ziger, ohne HD, was heute Standard ist. Der Park ist gut und alles ist vorhanden.

Wir dachten es sind nur 2 Parteienim Haus und nicht drei. Das online Check In war vergebens. Warum es nicht ankam wissen wir nicht. Die Rezeptio ist erst ab 9.00 Uhr offen, etwas spät. Umgebung und Strand top. Velos waren auch super.

Mängel Ferienwohnung

FeWo entsprach nicht der Abbildung. Sehr enge Parkmöglichkeit. Ausparken nur mit größeren Rückwärts-Rangiervorgängen möglich, da gegenüber parkende Fahrzeuge, Büsche und kurvige, enge Wegführung ein zügiges Ausparken nicht ermöglichten. In der FeWo fehlte zunächst ein Stopfen für die Spüle, dieser wurde vom Hausmeister nach Reklamation geliefert. Ebenso fehlte ein Besen und/oder Staubsauger. Der Handfeger war schon arg lädiert. Öffnen u. Schließen der Terrassentür sehr schwierig.

Die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Wir konnten die Unterkunft erst ab 17 Uhr nutzen wegen erhöhtem Putzaufkommen durch Corona. Davon war nichts zu merken.

Unser Haus hatte eine tolle Lage.Von hier aus konnten wir jeden Tag in neue Abenteuer starten.Mit einen Frühstück auf der Terrasse fing der Tag schon prima an.Wir hatten den Brötchenabholservice genutzt und können es nur empfehlen.Einziger Abzug gibt es für die Schlafcouch.Ausgezogen viel zu klein für unseren 11 jährigen Sohn.Und er ist mit 1.40m nun nicht sehr groß.

Wir haben uns Wohlgefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Nur draußen am Parkplatz vorm Haus wäre es nicht schlecht wenn man da eine Lampe anbringen würde. Kommt man im Dunkeln zum Haus zurück kann man den Weg zur Haustür schlecht finden , da die Straßenlaternen auch nicht brennen. Trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen.

Nur bedingt weiter zu empfehlen

Leider stimmen Inserat und Ferienwohnung bzw. Häuser nicht überein. Man bekommt vor Ort eine freie Wohnungen zugeteilt und das Objekt welches man sich vorher im Netz ausgesucht hat, ist es dann leider nicht. Internet gibt es so auch nicht. Schade. Trotzdem kann man sagen, dass die Wohnungen sauber und auch schön eingerichtet sind. Die Lage ist einfach super!

Fast perfekt!

Fast alles hat uns gefallen, ausser dem deklarierten Internetzugang: Der war nur im Umkreis der Reception über einen öffentlichen Hotspot möglich, der zudem immer wieder mit endlosen Ladezeiten negativ aufgefallen ist. Bitte frühzeitig klar kommunizieren!
