For shared use: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn. Fireplace. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for bicycles. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 250 m, bus stop 150 m, sandy beach 1.2 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Underfloor heating.
