Sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung. Schöne Aussicht, gemütlicher Balkon. Ideale Distanz zum Zentrum. Besitzerehepaar wohnt im selben Haus, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war problemlos.

La casa è molto comoda, vicina al centro e alle funicolari del Reciesa e del Seceda. La strada per il centro è un po' in disciesa/salita, ma permette all'appartamento di avere una posizione esposta a sud e al sole. Molto moderni gli elettrodomestici. Comodo parcheggio privato

Blitzsauber und komplett ausgestattet

Schon von früheren Aufenthalten war uns die Ferienwohnung bekannt (letzter Aufenthalt vor 5 Jahren). Es war auch jetzt wieder ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis. Ausstattung und Zustand der FeWo sind auch nach diesem langen Zeitraum einwandfrei. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus und sind jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très bien situé proche centre ville et des remontés mecaniques. De plus, l'appartement est très calme. Belle vue du balcon. Le stationnement couvert est un vrai plus. Pour le linge, il faut le confier à la propriétaire, qui fait la lessive. Appartement à recommander.

Alles deugt aan dit appartement, alleen het keukengerei is mager. Zo ontbreekt een oven/magnetron. Ruime kamers en prachtige badkamer. Nauwelijks geluid van de buren. Goede parkeergelegenheid en op loopafstand van de Secedalift. Zeer vriendelijke exploitanten. Houd rekening met extra kosten voor wifi/schoonmaak/toeristenbelasting van bijna honderd euro voor twee personen.

Sauber und freundlich!

Sehr schöne, wohl kürzlich renovierte Wohnung, leicht erhöht gelegen mit netter Aussicht vom Balkon über St. Ulrich, auf den gegenüber liegenden grünen Hang und die Spitze des Langkofels. Nachts sehr ruhige Gegend. Besitzer waren sehr freundlich, schnelles Internet, Wohnung war top eingerichtet (inkl. Geschirrspülmaschine) und sehr sauber.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement chaleureux

Sans être un chalet, la maison en a l'atmosphère et dès que l'on y entre, on est plongé dans l'ambiance tyrolienne. L'appartement est très propre et est fonctionnel. Il a un grand balcon fleuri qui donne une belle vue sur les montagnes. Il est très tranquille et est situé à proximité du centre d'Ortisei et des commerces que l'on rejoint facilement à pied. Les différentes télécabines et le funiculaire sont tous à proximité. La ville d'Ortisei est très jolie et a beaucoup de charme. Si vous ne voulez pas prendre la voiture, le réseau de transports en commun par bus gratuit (en fait, c'est compris dans le taxe de séjour) vous permet d'atteindre les principaux points d'intérêts notamment le Passo Sella et le Passo Gardena. Possibilité de faire de belles randonnées directement à partir de la maison. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et très disponibles.
