Private: property 2'000 m2 with trees, meadow, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 03.Oct.). Outdoor shower. 300 m long bumpy motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 600 m, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Pisa" 4 km, sandy beach 20 km. Golf course (9 hole) 24 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. The swimming pool is occasionally used by the owner.
